Brendan Witherell

Brendan Witherell currently serves as General Counsel at Polly since March 2022 and as a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels, since April 2022. Prior to these roles, Brendan held the position of Senior Counsel for Contracts & Technology Legal at Travelers from August 2014 to March 2022, focusing on technology, data, privacy, and IP rights. Brendan also served as an Adjunct Professor at Western New England University School of Law from September 2015 to September 2018, teaching contract drafting. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Corporate Counsel at Fiserv and Open Solutions, as well as an Associate at Robinson & Cole LLP and a Judicial Law Clerk at the Connecticut Appellate Court. Brendan holds a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
