Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various roles, demonstrating a strong background in nutrition, management, and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic products for personal and environmental care since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Propietaria/Gerente at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutrióloga at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and Catedrático universitario, teaching applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
