Richard Van Der Zwan

Richard van der Zwan is an experienced production and project manager with a diverse background in agriculture, import-export, and processing operations. Currently serving as Production Manager at Polproduct Netherlands BV since January 2022, Richard also operates as the Owner of RA comercio, specializing in import-export since August 2020. Prior roles include Managing Director at AgriSolos Lda, where Richard focused on agriculture from September 2017 to December 2021, and Consultant positions at SACS and The Savannah Fruits Company, overseeing the establishment of virgin coconut oil processing facilities. Additional experience includes Project Manager for R&B Ghana, Business Manager at ServiceDental Benelux, and Operations Manager at Cleanstar Mozambique, where Richard managed a cassava to ethanol production plant.
