Manish Vivien Amanna

Manish Vivien Amanna is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Advisor and Chief People Officer at POLY English Vietnam since October 2021, Manish has contributed to the rapid growth of this global education innovator. As the Founder and Director of N-TWYNE Leadership, established in February 2019, Manish provides consulting and coaching services to leaders and professionals in Vietnam and Asia. Previous roles include Vice President of Leadership & Development at Nomura, where responsibilities encompassed advisory roles in talent management and the design of bespoke learning programs, as well as leadership positions at Future Generali Life Insurance, HSBC India, and ICICI OneSource. Manish holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
