Courtney Hesslein

Courtney Hesslein is an experienced professional in human resources and project management, currently serving in an administrative role at the Public Library of Brookline since June 2023. Prior to this, Courtney worked at Wayfair from June 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing strategic HR projects, providing HR partnership for the Technology organization, and improving performance management processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Oxford University Press, where Courtney coordinated digital project enhancements and managed employee learning and development initiatives. Educational qualifications include an undergraduate degree in Spanish and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Colby College, along with study abroad experiences in Spain.
