Sean Tindale has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sean currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Polygiene since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Former Marketing Director/VP Marketing at Vero Moda from 2020 to 2021. From 2013 to 2020, they held various roles at ECCO Shoes, including Senior Global Marketing Manager, Head of Global Creative Services, Head of Conceptual Marketing, and Leader Global Brand & Campaign Development. From 2004 to 2013, they were the Founder and Shareholder of Cando Advertising, an advertising and brand agency with a focus on the FMCG, Food Service, and Financial Institution sectors. From 2001 to 2004, they were the Customer Relations Manager at BAT. Sean also held the role of Virtual CRA at iKineo from 2000 to 2001, and Food and Beverage Manager at Princess Cruises from 1998 to 2000.

Sean Tindale's education history includes attending the Leadership Pipeline Institute in 2020, where they completed the Leadership Transition Programme - Leading Function in Leadership. In 2017, they attended Hyper Island and received a Digital Strategy in Marketing. From 1989 to 1993, they attended King Edward VII School. Sean also completed the Kingdom Boardroom's 21 Laws of Leadership and 17 Laws of Teamwork courses in Leadership and Team Skills, respectively.
