Esther Ovie

Esther Ovie has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Esther started their career as a Human Resource Intern at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation in 2018. Esther then transitioned to a role as an HR Analyst at the Students' Finance Club, University of Benin from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, Esther joined Atlassian as a Community Lead, where they successfully grew the ACE Benin Community and organized numerous events. Esther then worked at Webflow as a Community Lead, where they built and grew the Ugbowo Webflow Community and launched a workshop series. Esther's most recent role was as a Community Lead at Polygon Labs, where they managed the Polygon Guild Benin Community and organized in-person events and workshops. Currently, they are working as a Community Manager at Community Leads Africa, where they support the community team in executing the community strategy and managing the online community.

Esther Ovie graduated from the University of Benin in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Esther also obtained additional certifications in Digital Marketing from Google and Community Management from Meta.
