Kguthatso Florence Ndlovu

Kguthatso Florence Ndlovu is a seasoned professional in human resources and quality control, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist and Plant Administrator at Polyoak Packaging since June 2018. Responsibilities include inventory control, production planning, procurement of raw materials, HR data capturing on Kronos, and ensuring ISO compliance. Prior experience as a Quality Control Intern at Polyoak Packaging involved inspecting raw materials and finished products to meet quality standards. Ndlovu holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from the National University of Science and Technology, a Master of Business Administration from Midlands State University, and is pursuing further studies at the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe. Additionally, Ndlovu completed a course in Occupational Safety and Health Management.
