Paweł Smołka

Paweł Smołka is an experienced professional specializing in business development and account management. Currently serving as the New Business Manager at Pompax Sp z o.o. since June 2023, Paweł has previously held key roles in organizations such as SEEDiA.city, where responsibilities included leading foreign markets development and managing international business development. Prior experience at FSWO encompassed positions as Key Account Manager and Event Specialist, alongside a role as Junior Training Officer at Grupa Żywiec S.A., focusing on training contractors in various aspects of service quality. Paweł began a freelance career as a photographer with Smołka Foto from 2009 to 2014.
