Greg Wade

Greg Wade has a range of experience in project management and property surveying. Greg is currently the Head of Asset Investment at Poplar HARCA. Prior to that, they held positions as the Head of Capital Programmes at the London Borough of Lambeth, the Head of Capital Projects at Tower Hamlets Community Housing, and a Senior Project Manager at Airey Miller. Greg also worked as a Senior Project Manager at the London Borough of Waltham Forest and an Associate Surveyor and Building Surveyor at Capital Property & Construction Consultants. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Surveyor at CITYWEST HOMES LIMITED, an Assistant Project Manager, Maintenance Surveyor, and Resident Liaison Officer at Enfield Homes, and a Tenancy Estate Manager, Performance Review Officer, and Customer Care Officer at Enfield Council.

Greg Wade began their education in 1994 at Royal Holloway, University of London, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Media Arts in 1997. Following this, they attended Oaklands College from 2008 to 2010, earning a BTEC National Certificate in Construction Management.

Afterward, Greg enrolled at London South Bank University from 2010 to 2013, acquiring a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Building Surveying. Greg then furthered their education at De Montfort University from 2013 to 2015, completing a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Housing Studies.

In addition to their academic achievements, Greg has obtained several professional certifications. In 2013, they became an IPMA Level D: Certified Project Management Associate through the Association for Project Management. In 2015, they achieved the CIHCM Chartered Housing Professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Housing. Two years later, in 2018, Greg earned the MCIOB Chartered Construction Manager certification from The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Most recently, in 2020, they became a Professionally Qualified Person through the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and acquired the MRICS Chartered Project Management Surveyor certification from RICS.
