Rafael Santiago

Rafael Santiago has extensive experience in IT and cybersecurity, serving in various roles at the US Navy from August 1997 to June 2021. Currently, Rafael holds the position of ISO Security Engineering & Architect Manager at Popular since July 2021. Throughout their career, Rafael has excelled in roles such as Senior Program Manager, IT Instructor, IT Assessor, IT Master Chief, IT Director, and Senior Cyber Manager. Rafael has also demonstrated strong leadership skills by leading a team of 30 instructors in conducting advanced training, doctrine development, and IT assessments for Navy units.
