Brandon Guzzone is the Chief Human Resources Officer for PSI (Population Services International), a non-profit global health organization based in Washington, DC. PSI operates in over 50 countries worldwide, with programs in sexual and reproductive health, malaria, water and sanitation, HIV, and non-communicable diseases.
Mr. Guzzone is responsible for leading a talented and committed team that provides human capital guidance and advice to PSI’s more than 7,000 employees across the globe.
Prior to joining PSI, Mr. Guzzone spent 20 years serving in numerous senior and executive positions the Federal Government and in the private sector, including Chief Human Capital Officer for the Millennium Challenge Corporation, Chief Learning Officer for the Department of Energy, and Director of Management and Workforce Development for the Health Resources and Services Administration.
Mr. Guzzone is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Maryland. He is a former member of the Senior Executive Service, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute.
