Rod Chaney

Rod Chaney has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Rod is currently the Director of Engineering at Porex, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, Rod worked at PepsiCo for over 20 years. Their roles at PepsiCo included Senior Engineering & Maintenance Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Project Engineer, Process Improvement Engineer, Loss Reduction Resource, Process Change Resource, and Planning and Storeroom Supervisor. In these positions, Rod was responsible for various aspects of engineering, maintenance, process improvement, and project management. Before their career in the private sector, Rod served in the US Army as a Mission Operations Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Assistant Intelligence Officer.

Rod Chaney obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Auburn University, completing their education from 1992 to 1997.
