Shailesh Gupta

Shailesh Gupta has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate world, beginning with a Supply Chain Management Intern at Unilever in 2014. In 2013, they were an Intern-Retail Fuels Pricing at ExxonMobil, where they were the sole Pricing Analyst for the Pacific Islands market and introduced Tableau at ExxonMobil APAC downstream. In 2014, they were a Pro bono Consultant for the Innovation Immersion Program. In 2015, they were an Operations Supervisor at Halliburton, where they successfully led teams to execute shipments worth $6.2M+/year. In 2016, they were a Manager at RNA International Marketing Pvt Ltd. From 2017-2019, they were an Operations Strategy at Style Theory, a Management Consulting Intern in the Private Equity division at Bain & Company, and a Founder's Office at Portcast Pte Ltd. Currently, they are an Associate at Strategy& Middle East and Chief Of Staff at Portcast.

Shailesh Gupta completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a Minor in Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2015. In 2017, they obtained three additional certifications: Customer Analytics from Wharton Business School on Coursera, Intro to Python for Data Science Course from DataCamp, and Machine Learning from Coursera. In 2018, they completed a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Management (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
