Tracey Letmate

Tracey Letmate is a seasoned professional in change management and human resources, currently serving as Senior Change Manager at Portland Public Schools since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tracey worked as a People and Change Consultant at Propeller, where expertise was provided to help organizations enhance their people strategy. Tracey has extensive experience in HR management, having served as HR Manager for Learning and Organizational Development at Multnomah County Library, where a centralized learning strategy was implemented for over 600 employees. Additionally, Tracey managed training and change management for the City of Portland, overseeing a major ERP system implementation across 22 bureaus, and previously developed consistent HR practices at Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette.
