Romuald Guiot

Romuald Guiot is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry and kitchen management. Currently serving as the BOH Manager at Porto's Bakery & Cafe since October 2021, Romuald previously held multiple positions at Pitchoun!, including Executive Chef and General Manager Production. Romuald's expertise in pastry extends to roles such as Chef Patissier at Pitchoun Bakery and Pastry Chef at Mirabelles Bakery, where responsibilities included setting up and training for high-end kosher pastry openings. Additionally, Romuald founded Réacteur de Gourmandises, specializing in desserts for restaurants and event catering. Previous roles also include Pastry Chef at Maya Bay restaurant and Executive Pastry Chef at La Reine des Prés, a Michelin-starred establishment. Education was completed at CEPROC Paris.
