Paolo Boado

Paolo Boado currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Ports America since October 2025. Prior to this role, Paolo held positions including Legal Director - Americas at John Laing and Principal Counsel as well as Senior Counsel for Infrastructure Private Equity and Project Finance at Siemens. Paolo's earlier experience includes working as Of Counsel at both Gatmaytan Yap Patacsil Gutierrez & Protacio (C&G Law) and DLA Piper, and as an Associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and Baker & McKenzie. Additionally, Paolo served as an Adjunct Professor at Ateneo de Manila University, instructing first and third-year law students. Paolo obtained an LLM from the University of Michigan Law School and a Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the same institution.
