Sean Tan

Sean Tan has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Sean began their career in 2006 as a Product Line Manager at Mistletoe Technologies, specializing in network security. Sean then worked at Narus Inc as a Director of Product Management, focusing on network security and big data analytics.

In 2008, Tan joined Huawei as a Senior Manager in Business Development, Corporate Development, and Technology Cooperation. Sean later moved to BASIS Science as the Vice President of Hardware Engineering and Manufacturing Operations.

Tan then served as the Director of Business Development and Technical Marketing at Accton, contributing to the company's growth and development. Following this, they worked at Inex Innovation and Harmonic Technology as an Audio Product Advisor, where they played a significant role in the development and launch of an analog fiber optic audio cable.

In 2011, Tan joined AiCare Corporation as a Co-Founder, CEO, and Product Manager. Their responsibilities included leading the team in building predictive algorithms using AI and ML technologies, developing the company's health and wellness technology, and creating a suitable business model.

Tan also worked at UTStarcom as a VP of Engineering and Business Development Consultant and at Brocade as a Director of Product Management Data Center Switching.

Most recently, Tan has been working at Posifa Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Technology. In this role, they have been leading a team to develop and assess new sensor technologies for various industries. Some of the sensors developed include hydrogen sensors, mass flow sensors, fluid flow sensors, anemometers, and vacuum sensors.

Throughout their career, Tan has demonstrated expertise in technology development, product management, business development, and leadership.

Sean Tan completed a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Carleton University from 1988 to 1992. Sean then pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace and Biomedical Engineering from the same university from 1992 to 1996.
