Overview

Positive Action is recruiting for a K-12 Technology Master (TM). This position oversees rostering, integration, and customer support matters related to the company’s EdTech product, exclusively for a federal customer. The customer operates globally, requiring an around-the-clock response team 5 days a week. The TM will lead a staff of customer support specialists who will field incoming calls and support requests and manage and route support cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership for Customer Service Representatives.

• Coordinate with customer’s various IT leaders on integration and roll-out of the Company’s EdTech product.

• Manage bug reporting and interface with relevant development teams.

• Escalate major support issues to relevant business units.

• Provide incident reporting in aggregate to Company officials.

Travel

Some domestic and international travel may be required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

Candidate MUST HAVE extensive experience with district and school-level rostering with Classlink.

Given the global nature of the customer, a qualified candidate will have previous experience at the district level as a Technology Director or similar position. School-level experience will also be considered.

Work Settings

This available position is NOT REMOTE and is an IN-OFFICE position in Madison, Wisconsin. Relocation would be required within 30 days of hire. Financial assistance will be provided.
