Tran Nguyen

Tran Nguyen has a diverse range of work experiences in the field of talent sourcing and recruitment. They most recently worked as a Talent Sourcing Manager at Positive Thinking Company APAC, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Lead Talent Sourcing at Positive Thinking Company from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for HR Data Reporting and managing a team of 15 individuals. Tran Nguyen also worked as a Senior Lead Talent Sourcing at NAB in collaboration with Positive Thinking Company in Vietnam from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they assisted in developing and evaluating team members, as well as implementing sourcing strategies. Before that, they held the position of Talent Sourcing Lead - BOTs at PYCOGroup from 2020 to 2021, and a Talent Sourcing Specialist from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Tran Nguyen worked as an IT Researcher at vsource.io from 2015 to 2019, where they were responsible for sourcing and shortlisting candidates. They started their career as an Internal Recruiter/HR Assistant at Takumi Trading & Management Company Limited in 2014, where they handled candidate search and interview planning.

Tran Nguyen holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Hong Bang International University (HIU), which was completed in 2014. Additionally, Tran completed a web programming course at VNUHCM - University of Science, specializing in frontend technologies such as Javascript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery. In 2018, Tran attended D.I.A - Digital Imaging Academy for an advanced course in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Furthermore, Tran completed a Bartender Advanced Course in 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Tran obtained certifications in Learning Excel: Data Analysis and Learning SQL Programming from LinkedIn in March 2023. Tran also received a leadership skill certification from ELTD (ESWEST Leadership Training & Development) and a certification in The modern leadership skill for successful Leader from Maxwell Leadership, both in 2022.
