With a background in Business Strategy and Marketing, Lucy has worked at companies like Mercury NZ and Trustpower, where Lucy led various initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, communication plans, and organizational change projects. In addition, Lucy has also served as the Social Committee Chairperson at Trustpower, overseeing events and activities to support the social well-being of staff.
