Cynthia Staehnke

Cynthia Staehnke has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Cynthia is currently serving as the Director of Talent & Culture at Passport Resorts LLC since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Post Ranch Inn, starting in August 2014. From December 2011 to August 2014, Cynthia worked as a Human Resources Manager with Straits and Sino Restaurants. Cynthia has also gained experience as a Temp - Executive Assistant at Lott Auto Ventures in October 2011. Earlier in their career, Cynthia served as a Human Resources Manager at Alexanders Steakhouse from April 2005 to July 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Paid Intern to the City Manager & Human Resources Department at the City of Campbell, CA from June 2009 to October 2009.

Cynthia Staehnke completed their education in a chronological order starting from high school. Cynthia obtained their Diploma in General Studies from Palo Alto High School in an unspecified year prior to 2002. Following that, they attended De Anza College from 2003 to 2008 and received an A.A. degree in Speech Communications. Later, they pursued their B.A. in Human Resources Management from Menlo College, completing it from 2008 to 2010. Lastly, in 2020, Cynthia briefly attended Florida Atlantic University, focusing on Hospitality & Tourism, without completing a specific degree program.
