Erik Kostelnik

Erik Kostelnik is the Founder/CEO of Postal, an offline marketing automation platform and marketplace that personalizes, automates, and scales direct mail, events, branded company swag, and personalized gifts. Erik started working at Postal in September 2019 and has raised over $30m in funding for the company.

In addition to their role at Postal, Erik has also worked as an Advisor for Outreach since January 2016. Erik is a Member of the Forbes Technology Council since March 2022 and an Investor at LexCheck and GTMfund since October 2022 and March 2022 respectively. Erik is also a Seed Investor at Duel Group, Inc. since November 2021 and an Investor at Reciprocity, Inc. since January 2019.

Before their involvement with Postal and Outreach, Erik was the Founder/CEO of TextRecruit, a company they built and scaled to $20m ARR within 4 years before its acquisition by iCIMS, Inc. in 2018. Erik also served as the Head of Sales at Wrike from April 2014 to April 2016, during which they grew their revenue model from $4m ARR to $30m. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Sales at Identified, which was later acquired by Workday.

Erik Kostelnik holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. In 2018, they also earned a Certification in the MIT Sloan & MIT CSAIL Artificial Intelligence: Implications for business strategy program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
