Jordan Elliston

Jordan Elliston, MBA, CMCP has a diverse work experience beginning as an Administrative Assistant at Forum Consultants, Inc in 2004. Jordan has also worked at California Family Fitness as a Child Fitness Coordinator and gained public relations and communications experience as an intern at Atherton PR and Blood Source. Jordan later served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Riverside. Their career progressed into roles at Direct Technology, where they worked their way up to Customer Support Manager. At West Corporation, they held the position of SFS Operations Director. Currently, Jordan is the Sr. Director Implementation Operations at Intrado, leading a team in the deployment and support of a web-based SaaS MIS product utilized by numerous 911 call answering centers across the United States and Canada.

Jordan Elliston holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, completed in 2010. Subsequently, Jordan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from the University of California, Riverside - A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management, graduating in 2012. In 2015, Jordan obtained a certification in the Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP) from NENA.
