Robert Groenenboom has extensive work experience at PostNL. Robert started their career in 1996 as a Vestigingsmanager, and later became a Supply Chain Manager, responsible for managing the supply chain operations. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Logistics Manager. In 2009, they became a Manager at a Sorteercentrum, and later an Operations Support Manager. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Manager of Logistiek en Supply Chain, where they implemented a new central staff organization. Robert then transitioned to the role of Manager Mobiliteit & Re-integratie (HR) from 2015 to 2018, where they led a team of career advisors and project managers to assist employees in finding new career opportunities. Currently, they hold the position of Head Of Recruitment, responsible for the entire recruitment process at PostNL.

Robert Groenenboom attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Economics. Robert then enrolled at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences in 1995, graduating in 1996 with a degree in Business Administration (Ing).
