Lea Algazy has worked in various roles across multiple companies since 2008. At Verifone, they began as a Technical Support Team Lead in 2008, then moved to Customer Onboarding in 2012. In 2013, they were a Senior Project Manager, Account Manager, and Customer Success. In 2018, they moved to Shopify as a Customer Success Manager- Shopify Plus and a Business Consultant | Community Manager. In 2021, they joined Postscript as a Technical Partner Manager and a Customer Success Manager. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for training customers, managing work plans, budgets, and schedules, increasing market share, reducing churns, and improving turn-around time.
Lea Algazy obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2009 and 2012.
