Leadership Design Architect at Potential Project

Jan-Philipp is a Leadership Design Architect and Facilitator with Potential Project. His mission is to reconnect leaders to their nature. He designs and facilitates experience-based, cutting-edge leadership programs that integrate neuro- and behavioral science with contemplative and psychosomatic practices. He partners with organizations such as IKEA, C&A and Deutsche Telekom to unleash leadership potential. Clients say that Jan-Philipp integrates the analytical thinking of an engineer, presence of a mindfulness trainer, curiosity of an executive coach as well as result focus of a strategy consultant.

Before he joined Potential Project, he worked with Boston Consulting Group and adviced clients on new ways of working as well as leadership development. He spent many months in monestaries all over the world, and is certified as a mindfulness teacher and coach. He is a member of the coaching Institute of Harvard Medical School and breathwork trainer. Together with his partner, he lives in a small forest house in the Lithuanian forest and is originally from Germany.
