Johnathan Romeo Mha

Johnathan Romeo MHA, BSN, RN has extensive work experience in healthcare operations and administration. Johnathan started as a Home Health/Case Management Registered Nurse at Maxim Healthcare in 2002 before becoming a Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department at Centura Health in 2003. Johnathan then transitioned to UCHealth in 2006, where they held various roles, such as Clinical Coordinator, Practice Administrator, and Director of Operations. Johnathan'smost recent role at UCHealth was as the Sr. Director of Business Development and Operations, where they oversaw the operations and development of a large integrated medical group and trauma system. Throughout their career, Johnathan has demonstrated leadership skills in strategic planning, budget management, and team development.

Johnathan Romeo earned their Associate of Science in Nursing from Pikes Peak State College in 2002. Johnathan went on to complete their Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Regis University in 2010 and later obtained a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the same institution in 2011.
