Alexei Ankoudinov

Sr Device Engineer at Power Integrations

Alexei Ankoudinov has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. Alexei started their career at Lakota Technologies, Inc. in 2007, where they invented technologies to solve problems with semiconductor devices and designed and implemented Adjustable Field Effect Rectifier (AFER) technology for high voltage applications. Alexei then joined STMicroelectronics in 2010 as a Principal Engineer, where they successfully developed several product lines and resolved various issues related to AFER technology implementation. In 2014, they joined Intel Corporation as a Sr. Design Engineer and later moved to Power Integrations in 2016 as a Sr. Device Engineer.
