Chun Haur Khoo

Chun Haur Khoo is a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer with extensive experience in the field. Chun Haur started their career at Fairchild in 2007, where they worked as a Reliability and Failure Analysis Engineer. Chun Haur was responsible for generating qualification plans, conducting acceleration reliability testing, and improving the reliability process flow. Chun Haur also played a key role in transitioning the reliability lab to meet ISO17025 requirements. In 2013, Chun Haur joined OSRAM as a Senior Reliability and Failure Analysis Engineer, where they focused on product reliability qualification and failure analysis for specific business units. Later that year, they moved to Schlumberger as a Manufacturing Engineer, where their responsibilities included improving production yield and capacity for seismic equipment. Chun Haur then joined onsemi in 2015, continuing their role as a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer. Chun Haur has hands-on experience in package and die level failure analysis for various devices such as Analog, Logic, Mixed Signal, SPS, MOSFET, BJT, and IGBT. Chun Haur recently joined Power Integrations as a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer in 2022.

Chun Haur Khoo completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics from Liverpool John Moores University in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC) from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
