Yanming (Frank) Xu's work experience is as follows:

- Power Integrations (December 2021 - Present): New Product Definition Engineer. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, defining new integrated circuit products, developing and validating algorithms and topologies, supporting the IC design team, and facilitating acceptance and design-in of Power Integrations IC products.

- Idenergy (May 2021 - November 2021): Power Electronics Designer. Worked on design projects related to power battery chargers, PV inverters, and microgrid systems.

- University of Manitoba (September 2016 - May 2021): Held multiple roles, including Teaching Assistant in Power Electronics from January 2017 to May 2021, and Research Assistant from September 2016 to May 2021.

Yanming (Frank) Xu completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical and computer engineering from the University of Manitoba.
