Scott Onder

Scott Onder currently serves as Chief Investment Officer and President & CEO of Mercy Corps Development Holdings, while also being a Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director at Mercy Corps Ventures since 2010. With a focus on venture investing in high-impact startups in frontier and emerging markets, Scott prioritizes climate change adaptation and inclusive fintech, including crypto and blockchain solutions. Scott is an investor in multiple organizations, including Wasoko, Goldfinch, PULA, Powered by People, MiCRO, Topl, and Open Forest Protocol. Additionally, as an Alliance Member of the CIFAR Alliance's Climate Investment Working Group, Scott's extensive background is underpinned by a magna cum laude degree from Duke University.
