Melissa Straw

Melissa Straw (Kijewski) is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager II at PowerSchool since January 2022. Previously, Melissa held multiple positions at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction from September 2009 to January 2022, including Director of Data Warehouse & Decision Support, where the WISEdash Public Portal was launched. Earlier experiences include roles at EDS as a Data Warehouse Specialist, as well as at VisionIT/EDS and Discover Financial Services, focusing on data warehousing and reporting. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Computer Information Systems from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2002.
