Brian Henderson

Brian Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Brian is currently working as the Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Powin, where they are responsible for establishing strategies and managing the execution of global manufacturing operations. Brian'srole includes overseeing in-house and Contract Manufacturing facilities, new product introduction, production planning, supply chain performance, and ensuring on-time delivery of finished goods. Brian also manages corporate Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability performance. Prior to their current role, Brian held various positions at Honeywell, including Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Integrated Supply Chain, and Plant Manager/Multi-Site Leader. In these roles, they were accountable for driving safety excellence, continuous improvement, and sustainability across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers. Brian also led the delivery of catalysts, absorbents, and high purity chemicals to various industries. Before joining Honeywell, Brian worked at Huntsman as a Plant Manager and Production Manager.

Brian Henderson holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University. In addition, they have certifications as a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Trained Lean Expert from Honeywell.
