Brian Swaim

Brian Swaim has extensive experience in quality assurance and process improvement. Brian most recently served as the Director of Business Process Excellence & QMS at Powin since 2024. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Quality at PLASTIKON HEALTHCARE, LLC from 2023 to 2024. From 2017 to 2023, they served as the Quality Assurance Manager at Merck Animal Health. Before that, they were the Director of Quality at RBC Medical Innovations from 2014 to 2017. Brian began their career as the Director of Quality Assurance at EaglePicher Technologies, LLC, where they worked from 2008 to 2014.

Brian Swaim attended Missouri Southern State University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
