Lin Chen's work experience is as follows:

- Vice President, Battery Strategy at Powin since December 2021. In this role, Lin is responsible for evaluating battery manufacturing processes and suppliers, analyzing new battery technologies, supporting sales team, advising management on technical evaluations, and fixing cell quality issues.

- Director, Supplier Engagement & Battery Technology at Powin from December 2020 to December 2021. Lin's responsibilities included auditing battery plants, analyzing battery suppliers' technologies, engaging suppliers, supporting pricing negotiations, and leading cost-saving initiatives.

Lin Chen completed a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science at Northwestern Polytechnical University from 2008 to 2012. From 2013 to 2017, Lin Chen pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Science and Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology. In 2014 to 2017, Lin Chen completed their Ph.D. thesis research at Argonne National Laboratory. Currently, from 2020 to 2022, Lin Chen is attending The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
