Scott Getman

Scott Getman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott is currently working at Powin as the Sr Director Human Resources. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources at M Financial Group. At Mulberry Talent Partners, they worked as a Consultant and Interim Head of HR and PMO at M Financial. Scott has also worked as the Chief Administrative Officer at IND, LLC. In addition, they held various roles at Zayo Group, Electric Lightwave, and Integra, including Director Global Shared Services & Benefits and Director HR Shared Services. Earlier in their career, Scott worked at CB Northwest as a Benefits Specialist and at Gourmet Award Foods NW and Nordstrom in various roles.

Scott Getman attended Warner Pacific University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Religious Ministries. In addition, they obtained the certifications of SHRM-SCP from the SHRM in May 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2009.
