Madina Umirbekova

Madina Umirbekova began their work experience in 2017 at Automato.me, where they worked as a Project Manager. Madina was responsible for developing a web application for an HR system and leading a team to launch a website and social media interaction system for a coffee shop chain. Madina also successfully launched a BPM system for HR and recruitment. In 2018, Madina joined Elefanto as a Project Manager, where they led a team and introduced Lean Start Up practices. Madina launched a BPM system for Unilever and created the MVP and first version of a mobile application for JUZENT media group. In 2019, Madina worked at Kaspi.kz as a Change Manager. Madina conducted user research and analysis and led a development team to launch the SmartPos project. Madina then joined Umag in 2021 as a Product Manager, where they revamped product management processes. Most recently, they work at POWR as a Product Manager.

Madina Umirbekova has a Master of Science degree in Product-Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano. Madina also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from International Information Technologies University.
