Frank Miller

US Navy veteran, and current Firefighter Paramedic, Frank Miller has 15 years of entrepreneur experience in global subcontracts, supply chain profession, operational management experience and managing local, international, and virtual teams. As past director of programs for Regulus Global he created vital communications for AFRICAP, AFRICOM, and other US led initiatives. As past COO of Ark Defense/Medical LLC, Frank developed and managed multiple programs, which grew into multi million-dollar contracts with two of the five Saudi Royal Guards for medical equipment and training. Frank co-authored House Bill 496 which was passed in 2019 mandating Bleeding Control Stations will be placed in every school in Texas. He was a initial first responder at the Pentagon on 9/11 and participated during Hurricane Katrina rescue efforts.
