Brenda Lavi

Brenda Lavi has been working in the Learning and Development field since 2012. Brenda started at Cisco as an HR Operations professional, where they helped the HR team with operational assignments and supported various departments in developing professional training and education programs for EMEA-based staff. In 2014, they moved to Klarna as a Learning and Development Coordinator. In 2016, they became the Learning and Development Innovation Manager at Plaid. In 2018, they joined Snap Inc. as the L&D Design and Development Digital Lead. Currently, they are the Head of Learning Innovation at Powtoon - a Visual Native company, where they work with an outstanding team of talented engineers, fellow L&D colleagues, designers, and artists.

Brenda Lavi earned their Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design from the University of Buenos Aires between 2008 and 2012.
