With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology/Development from Syracuse University and additional education from INSEAD and The Wharton School, Scott has consistently demonstrated leadership in designing, developing, and implementing total reward policies and programs to attract, retain, engage, and motivate employees globally.
