Adam Bellone

Adam Bellone serves as the Global Director of People Operations at PPG Industries since January 2021, following a notable tenure at Chevron from July 2008 to January 2021, where multiple leadership roles were held, including General Manager of Human Resources Corporate Services and Americas Human Resources Director. Prior experience includes significant positions at Chrysler and DaimlerChrysler, where Adam led human resources and labor relations strategies, overseeing operations for thousands of employees across various divisions. Adam's extensive background in human resources management, labor relations, and employee strategy is supported by a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
