Nicole Bon has extensive experience in the field of human resources and people management. Nicole currently works as the Regional Director People & Culture at PPHE Hotel Group. Prior to this role, they served as the Group HR Director at Corendon Hotels & Resorts. Nicole has also held positions such as Head of People at Digital Insurance Group and Head of HR - Northern Europe at PageGroup. Nicole gained experience as an HR Manager at UNGA and Senior HR Manager at hoyhoy.nl, where they were responsible for various HR functions and played a key role in implementing HR processes and procedures. Earlier in their career, Nicole served as a Human Resources Manager at Norgine, with responsibilities for HR services, strategy, and international HR projects. Nicole also worked as a Manager Human Resources at Holland Casino Zandvoort/Schiphol Airport and as a Human Resources Manager at Dorint Sofitel Amsterdam Airport. Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, change management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Nicole Bon completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Business Organization Management from Hotelschool The Hague, from 1995 to 1999. Prior to this, they attended Rijnlands Lyceum from 1988 to 1994, where they completed VWO, atheneum. In terms of additional certifications, Nicole received DISC Certification from Thomas International Netherlands in an unspecified year, and OPQ Personality Test certification from SHL in 2009.
