Heather Roman

Heather (Cicconi) Roman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and merchandising within the apparel industry. Currently serving as the VP of Sales & Business Development for Intimates/Sleep/Lounge at PPI Apparel Group since March 2023, Heather has also been an active member of Chief since September 2021, a network for women executive leaders. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Sales at Intradeco and Vice President of Sales for Renfro Brands, where Heather demonstrated a strong capability in revitalizing business performance and optimizing product offerings. Heather's past experience encompasses significant positions at PVH Corp., Perry Ellis International, and Warnaco, where expertise in category management and retail strategies enhanced product adoption rates and market share. A graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Marketing, Heather is recognized for their leadership, strategic planning, and mentorship skills across diverse retail environments.
