Mike Attanasio

Mike Attanasio has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information security. Mike is currently serving as the Lead Cybersecurity Architect at PPL Corporation since March 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Prudential Financial, including Manager of Information Security in the Workplace Solutions Group from October 2016 to January 2021, and Information Security Specialist from May 2015 to October 2016. Mike also worked as the Team Lead in the Information Security Office at Geisinger Health System from February 2009 to January 2015. Their early career includes a role as the Services Sales Leader at IBM from January 2006 to December 2008.

Mike Attanasio has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Goldey-Beacom College. Mike also holds an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University. In addition, Mike has obtained a certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in December 2008.
