Kylie Patten's work experience includes a role as a Veterinary Assistant with Ethos Veterinary Health, where they assist technicians and veterinarians in the emergency department. Kylie also collects patient vitals, runs lab work, and helps with various procedures. Additionally, they work in the ophthalmology department, running appointments, handling prescription requests, and providing client callbacks. Prior to this, Kylie was a Dog Care Volunteer at Northeast Animal Shelter, where they assisted with the care, feeding, and walking of shelter dogs. Kylie provided in-kennel enrichment according to each dog's plan. Kylie also worked as a Self Direction Support Staff with Public Partnerships | PPL, assisting individuals with self-directed services. Kylie has experience as a Babysitter/Special Needs Care Assistant for various families, and as a Neuro-Fit Summer Intern at Supportive Living, Inc., where they worked with individuals with brain injury on their physical fitness and created exercise programs. Kylie also has experience as a Sign Installer at North Shore Yard Cards and as a Life Enrichment Assistant at Bridges by EPOCH, where they organized and assisted with activities and crafts for residents with Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease.

Kylie Patten attended Merrimack College from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a focus on the general field of study.
