Dr. Odette Christie Ma

Dr. Odette Christie MA, MBA, DBA serves as Vice President of People & Culture at GEHA Health, where strategic leadership encompasses key human capital functions including Culture & Engagement, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, and Organizational Effectiveness. In addition to this role, Dr. Christie is the Chief Executive Officer of OEC2 Solutions, LLC, a firm focused on corporate training and executive coaching. Previous academic positions include Adjunct Professor of Management at UHD Marilyn Davies College of Business and International Faculty-Online Professor at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean.
