SAPTAK RAROTRA, PhD, has significant experience in research and project leadership within the pharmaceutical and academic sectors. Currently serving as Project Lead for Government Advisory at Positive Moves since 2022, SAPTAK previously held roles as a Scientific Researcher and Research and Development Scientist at Nanyang Technological University from May 2019 to July 2021. Prior experience includes a doctoral research scholar and senior research fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from May 2012 to May 2020, and positions at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Production Officer and Process Engineer. SAPTAK holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Nanotechnology and Energy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, a Master's in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Beant College of Engineering and Technology, Gurdaspur.
