Role Description

As Marketing Cloud Tech Lead you will report into our Marketing Technology, Data & AI Director, and will be responsible for leading Marketing Cloud projects, solution design and technical conversations with our clients IT and developer team(s).  We believe that our project teams should be involved early on with our prospects and clients, and so you will work alongside the commercial team to scope projects, and will join Salesforce demos to gain further exposure to the ecosystem. 

You will be passionate about transforming the way customers approach Digital Marketing: you’ll be a Marketing Cloud expert and have experience with wider proprietary scripting languages such as SQL, AMPscript and Javascript. Utilising your knowledge of Marketing Automation and technical expertise you’ll deliver new instances of Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring our customers achieve their transformation goals. You'll own Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects from strategy, design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment. Pracedo also works across Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Intelligence, Personalisation and Data Cloud projects, so whilst this is a really desirable skill set for you to bring to the role, we can facilitate your journey if you have a desire to learn these products.

Location

You'll be expected to work from our London office up to 2 days per week - just a short walk from Liverpool Street or Fenchurch Street Tube stations.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem

  • Knowledge of all Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Marketing Cloud Connector

  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Formally Pardot) to lead discovery workshops

  • Intermediate SQL, AMPScript and Javascript knowledge essential

  • Knowledge of additional products such as Personalisation, Data Cloud and Intelligence are highly desirable

  • Consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience

  • Experience managing the design & implementation of technology across multiple projects at a time

  • Be confident managing key stakeholder relationships

  • Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions

  • Ability to travel to client site

  • Minimum Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer
