Gautham H.

Gautham H. has a strong background in Atlassian tool administration and integration. Gautham started their career at Infosys in 2012 as a Systems Engineer, where they gathered client requirements and recommended best practices for Jira and Confluence. Gautham also guided customers in adopting changes to their processes and prepared customer-facing deliverables.

In 2014, Gautham worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of New Haven, assisting students with their JAVA projects, reinforcing class material, and grading assignments and exams.

Gautham then joined Perficient in 2016 as a Technical Consultant, providing application support for Atlassian tools and integrating source control and continuous integration tools with them. Gautham later became a Senior Technical Consultant, managing all aspects of the Atlassian toolchain, including installation, configuration, maintenance, testing, and upgrades. Gautham also provided thought leadership to client stakeholders in solving business and technical problems.

In 2020, Gautham joined Appnovation as an Associate, Technology. In this role, they extended the capabilities of Jira using Groovy and Atlassian REST API's, upgraded and consolidated multiple instances of Atlassian tools, and guided teams through the upgrade process.

Currently, Gautham is working at Praecipio as a Senior Atlassian Engineer. Gautham has configured Jira service projects, integrated them with Assets, and created automation rules in JSM. Gautham has also extended the functionality of Jira and Confluence using Groovy and JavaScript.

Throughout their career, Gautham has continuously developed their skills in Atlassian tools and has experience with SSO integration, cloud migration, automation, and customization using various plugins and scripting languages.

Gautham H. obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of New Haven from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Anna University between 2008 and 2012. Gautham H. has also acquired several certifications, including Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin from Atlassian in June 2023, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in April 2017, ACP-100 Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Data Center and Server (ACP-JA) from Atlassian in November 2019, ACP-120 Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud (ACP-JCA) from Atlassian in September 2020, ACP-610 Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Projects for Data Center (ACP-MJDP) from Atlassian in May 2022, ACP-620 Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Projects for Cloud (ACP-MJCP) from Atlassian in September 2020, ACP-420 Atlassian Certified Jira Service Project Manager (ACP-MJSPC) from Atlassian in March 2022, Atlassian Certified Expert from Atlassian in September 2020, ACP-400 Atlassian Certified Jira Service Desk Administrator (ACP-JSD) from Atlassian in August 2020, ACP-600 Atlassian Certified Jira Project Administrator for Data Center and Server (ACP-JPA) from Atlassian in March 2018, Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020, and Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Business Practitioner from Adobe in July 2020.
